It takes a small army to mount a production. From the designers who create a show’s atmposhere to the crew who physically build that atmosphere through costumes, scenery and lighting, to the people who operate the lights and sound and move set pieces in and out — a theatrical production enagages dozens of people working collaboratively to make the director’s vision a reality.
