Artist-in-Residence

2024-2026: Sarah Ruh

Sarah (Skinner) Ruh graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Fine Arts and a minor in English, which led her to a career in graphic design and marketing communications. After college, she moved to Austin, Texas, where she worked as the communications director for the Texas Travel Industry Association and then as the VP of marketing for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. In 2015, she moved back to West Lafayette with her husband Brian, and their two children. She is now a full-time artist and is actively involved in the local arts community. She previously served as the director of the Haan Museum of Indiana Art in Lafayette, and is now the president of the Wabash Valley Artists Society. She was recently named as the Artist in Residence for Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. Sarah’s artwork has been featured as part of our 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 seasons.

2026-2027: Youth Artists

For the 2026-2027 season, our show artwork will be created by 10 talent young people. The work of these young artists will also be featured in the Civic Theatre Lobby starting May 30, 2026, during our Season Reveal.

We look forward to highlighting the talent of these extraordinary artists!
